Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah BNI Cabang Kendari yang memiliki tabungan lebih dari 2 (dua) tahun dan berusia lebih besar dari 17 tahun. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah dengan metode survey terhadap 100 orang responden yang menabung di Kantor Cabang Kendari. Peralatan analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda dengan Program SPSS Versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1). secara simultan kepuasan dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, (2). Secara parsial kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah dan (3). Di Sulawesi Tenggara. Obyek penelitian ini adalah kepuasan, pendapatan dan loyalitas nasabah BNI di Sulawesi Tenggara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode review literatur, survei, dan wawancara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah BNI di Sulawesi Tenggara yang memiliki tabungan lebih dari 2 (dua) tahun dan berusia lebih besar dari 17 tahun. Jumlah responden penelitian ini sebanyak 400 orang yang menyebar di 12 kabupaten/kota yang ditentukan secara proportional random sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1). Kepuasan nasabah tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah. (2). Customers with long-term loyalty do not easily switch to other service providers, while customers with short-term loyalty defect more easily when offered a perceived better alternative. With regard to the importance of customers in banking industry, this research explores how relationship quality and commitment and mental image influence long-term loyalty. Relationship quality consists of two aspects: satis- faction and trust. So, along with how the above mentioned variables from loyalty in a bank envi- ronment, the managers of the branches of private banks are given the chance to design and per- form effective and proper strategies leading to customer loyalty. The statistical populations of the research are the customers of private banks and the data was collected using the questionnaire and also the data has been analyzed using SPSS software. Both secondary and primary research methods were used in the writing of this paper. In this paper, the secondary research aims to review published literature materials from libraries and the Internet. Main theories in this area were about the implications of visual appearance, brand associations that build up the brand image and the components of brand image. The primary research includes interviews with ten college students. The aim of the primary research is to examine the existence of the six implications of laptop‟s appearance, and attempt to explore what kind of associations, that were able to affect the brand image of certain laptop, were aroused in college students‟ minds. Since the research is only focus on the laptop‟s visual appearance and on college students, the results of this thesis may not apply to other electronic devices or other customer segments. Since the number of the interviewees is limited, the results do not represent the perspectives of all the college students. This paper endorses that laptop‟s visual appearance possesses six implications: attention drawing ability, communication of aesthetic value, communication of symbolic meaning, communication of functional value, communication of ergonomic information and establishing recognition for the brand. Influenced by these implications, the college students were able to perceive messages delivered by the brands through the laptops‟ visual appearances. The approach used is the method of survey of 104 customers of Telkomsel in Makassar. The results show that an increase in customer satisfaction directly are not able to lower the  switching intention of the customer, but the customer loyalty mediated hence increase customer satisfaction is able to lower the switching intention. Demographic characteristics   particularly   evident   strengthen   customer   income   effect   of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and increase impact on the decline in switching intentions. Marketers have utilized various means to maintain the brand loyalty of their customers. One of the recent means is the social media marketing. The aim of this study is to identify the effect of social media marketing on brand loyalty of the consumers, given that the concept is receiving increasing attention from marketing academia and practitioners. The scope of the study consists of customers who follow at least one brand on the social media in Turkey and the data were collected through the administration of a structured questionnaire with a sample of 338 people and tested via stepwise  multiple  regression  analysis.  The  results  of the  study  showed  that  brand  loyalty of  the  customers  is positively affected when the brand (1) offers advantageous campaigns, (2) offers relevant content, (3) offers popular contents, (4) appears on various platforms and offers applications on social media; were used by using SPSS 17.0 version. Customers prefer to share music, technological-related, and funny contents on social media platforms. The research population is all of the BNI customers in Southeast Sulawesi having savings more than 2 (two) years and with age more than 17 years old. The number of respondents in this research is 400 people distributed in 12 regencies / cities determined in proportional random sampling. The analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software. These research results show that : (1) The customer satisfaction has no effect on customer loyalty. (2) The customer income gives reinforcement effect on BNI customer Loyalty in Southeast Sulawesi. This study in determining the size of the sample used Slovin formula. The numbers of samples in this study were as many as 204 people. Method of data analysis used in this study was Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this study showed that Commitment has significant effect on Behavioral Loyalty. The results could prove commitment make a real contribution to the behavior of loyal customers.
